6 Steps
6 things to consider if you want to hold an event with Niletza Adorno Events
Priorities
Establish what is most important individually and as a couple. This will allow you to focus resources on what truly matters and has value to you.
Budget
Once you are clear about what you are looking for, dedicate a budget you are comfortable with to each item. Always keep in mind that you must have a certain degree of flexibility and that expectations must be aligned with this budget.
Vision
Define the vision of your event. What is the atmosphere you want to create, how do you want your guests to feel and get involved, what is the purpose of the event, what are the objectives, among other details that are indicators of the line you want to follow.
Magnitude of the event
From the number of guests, people in your entourage (in the case of weddings), human resources needed to meet the needs of the event, to the production and suppliers that must be available to make it possible are details to consider.
Dates
According to all of the above, a date should be chosen that is ideal to facilitate the best performance. From the season to the particular day of the week can be determinant in the ease, availability and budget needed to make it possible. Alternate dates should always be considered, from 2 to 3 options.
Location
Just like the date, the location of the event is a determining factor in the effectiveness of the event planning. It can translate into savings or, in the case of not choosing the ideal venue for the particular conditions, additional expenses.
